Ootoya is actually good franchise for Japanese food in Thailand. But this restaurant disappointed me many times. Service was always great but the real problem is their cooking. Grilled fish was burn like Charcoal fish skin. Sometimes fish skin can be too salty and not as fresh as it should be. Refilled tea still good. Dessert quite faired but I love Buramancha.
