What User doesn't like about Delta Coffee Shop:
Me and my husband go to this place regularly but our last visit was disappointing. I ordered a plate of food without spice and it came to my table with chillies in it. I had to send it back. I also ordered a small omelette and I got a big one instead. I didn't send it back because I felt sorry for the staff but was disappointed I was charged for a big one with no apologies. Delicious food with good price. Mango sticky rice is one of the dishes you should order here. The waiter is not good in English.
For a great snack of a green tea brownie, a latte, or some cheesecake, this place is a winner. One can while the afternoon watching some CNN, too, if one so desires!
The best coffee in town. They also served avocado and orange from their own plantation
I stopped here after I saw one of their small ad boards that advertise a beef stew. The place also looked clean, welcoming and was not busy at the time. I ordered the beef stew and a fruit smoother and then wandered around the shop as they also sell some souvenirs (usually authentic coffee). I was also attracted to her Dessert display, which had many different types of cookies and cakes at very reasonable prices. While I thought the portion size might be a bit small, the taste was good, and it came with a beautiful baguette. The smoothie and cake I had for dessert rounded off the meal. I should have eaten here before.
