Went to the Oak Room yesterday for our 45th Anniversary. Our server Kurt, went above and beyond to serve us. There was a woman sitting behind us talking loud on her phone and repeating a story about a baby crying where she went to lunch. It was very annoying. Live in Fallbrook, told this was the best steakhouse around. Took my husband for his birthday, what a huge disappointment. Bread was great, butter was frozen. I ordered the Baltimore Crab cakes. Two hard, dry golf balls made out of some sort of mush. I had to ask for the accompanying sauce three times. Doesn't matter, didn't finish. Husband order a 12 oz medium rare.
