Everything was wonderful except the prime rib which was clearly not fresh and tasted like a multi day sous vide finish. Texture was weird, my GF confirmed. Why they would serve such a thing is beyond me. Fresh prime rib should be a sure thing Fri-Sun for a high end restaurant. View all feedback.
