Let me be serious... The real name of this restaurant is "Ristoro San Gervasio which means refreshment. If you want to taste the real old traditional cuisine of the Tuscan countryside, this is the place. Pork liver, snails, wild boar, deer, pappardelle, homemade pastries ...
