Wow! We were in the area to run an errand, and found this spot thanks to other reviews. After this experience, I can 't wait to have more errands to run in Palatine!The food and the service were both spectacular. A very low-key location, but 5-star all around. View all feedback.

What Jillybilly doesn't like about Garsillo's Italian Grill:
Decent Italian, but I didn't enjoy it enough to want to come back. The best part was the fresh hot bread brought to the table before our meals. Our entrees were basic meals that I feel like I could have prepared at home, nothing special. The veal in my eentrée was supposed to be breaded, but it wasn't. Pizza was good, but not great.
