You probably know what you’re getting with papa johns pizza, so this is mostly focused on this specific location. Normally we have no issues ordering online and picking up in store. Lately though, when we go to pick up the pizza we end up waiting for 15-20 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. Not a huge deal, but worth noting. View all feedback.
