Subway - Palatine

What User doesn't like about Subway:
I spent $14 on a sandwich from this restaurant, but when I got home and tried to eat it a few hours later, it tasted bad. I was upset and went back to the restaurant with a coworker to request a refund. The staff refused to give me a refund and said they didn't feel the need to do so.
