Great service, big portions, and very tasty. The best crab rangoons; they are plump and crispy. We come back at least every other week for the spicy fried rice and egg foo yung! View all feedback.
What Shaun M doesn't like about Tin Seng:
Just ok Chinese takeout. Fried rice and eggs rolls stood out, chicken was a little tough tasting and had too much sauce. Breading came off chicken easy. Better than hen weng at least! View all feedback.
