Little Caesars Pizza - Palatka

I visited the place 841 State Hwy 19 Palatka Fl. on 19. November at 12:30 I ordered half pepperoni onion and the other half of mushrooms onion 15 minutes later the pizza was brought out with half paprika mushrooms and the other half onions. I told the cashier that the pizza was wrong and she answered so that you want this to be restored. I answered yes and we went about the right toppings then another 15 minutes later pizza came still wrong!!!!!! A second person came out to help make the correction, and she wrote everything on the way I had ordered to begin. And she asked regular or thin crust I said regularly and after another 15 minutes pizza came with proper peat, but with thin crust. I asked for a refund and received a refund without apology for the time I was was wasting. So I went over the parking lot to the pizza hut and they got my pizza right the first time.

I went to the little Cesar in Palatka today and I say she made the hell out of my pizza I had the stuffed crust meat lovers with pineapple who had pulled the thing and it was hot, so thank Markyta hope I got the name right

Most of the time is pretty bad. There is a girl especially that you can say that it really hates being there.

As everything else, prices have risen. The days of $5 hot and ready are no longer. I always call during normal hours to make sure I'm in and out. I like the thin crust, not a big fan of the hand sat.

A very personable young man greeted me and assisted with order. I had made an online order and didn't receive a message about it being ready. He apologized for no message. Retrieved my order and checked them. He wasn't satisfied with my pepperoni pizza. He retrieved a ready made one that was up to his inspection. I was impressed that this gentleman really cared about customer satisfaction. My supreme pizza seemed not to be as loaded with toppings as it had been. The pizzas were delicious and satisfied our craving. Little Caesars would be wise to hang on to this gentleman. Possibly have him train others.
