The customer service was great. We previously stopped at a Popeyes in Palm Coast but ended up waiting for over 15 minutes for someone yo take our order and there were no cars in the line. We stopped at this Popeyes in Palatka and the service was great. We ordered the 16 piece family meal and wings. The staff made sure that our order was fresh and accommodated what we needed. After ordering our food and told to pull up and then to pull over, we waited over 35 minutes to get our food with no apology for the wait. It was total disorder...
