Pempek from rare freshwater fish, Belida. Really delicious, although the price is more expensive from any other pempek seller
Their pempek is simply superb, the best belida (generally acknowledged as a more superior fish than the commonly used tenggiri) pempek.
They are using ikan belido! And yes it's worth the money . Good food. Good taste.
