"The bartender/sommelier was extraordinary gracious,engaging, , knowledgeable a talented craftsman of his trade who wasn’t shy about experimenting. He was art in motion. The food was delicious, I would have preferred more fish chicken offerings I don’t eat red meat but my fellow diners were wowed by the preparation presentation. A truly wonderful dinner. Enjoy."

"We loved our dining experience at A'Cuncuma when we visited Palermo in May. We had the 8 course tasting menu and each dish was exquisitely prepared and delicious. Valentina was so knowledgeable about wine as well as carefully explaining what we were about to eat. The restaurant is small and intimate and I can't say enough about it. At the end of the evening, the chef came out to find out how we liked everything. If we go back to Palermo, we are definitely going there."
