Totowah changed locations to just up the street. Their space looks more modern and clean. The food remained almost exactly the same, no difference to me, and yes there is still free self-help ice cream here. There are other boonsik (korean casual street food) restaurants in the area, but this one is probably the longest running and a go to option for many. View all feedback.
