"Rude nature of the people standing in the reception. I was hoping to try the local cuisine in the restaurant and there was some cleaning going on in the restaurant due to which it was supposed to open in 30 mins. They told me to roam around in the sun instead of just letting me sit in the waiting lounge in the reception. I constantly told thek that I was staying 10 kms away from their property and specially came to try the local cuisine but on the other end they denied and spoke some rude words which was very unacceptable. A 4 star hotel acting like a roadside motel is just unprofessionalism. I don’t know whether the customer care service team will take the action or not but these guys should be punished for their behavior."
