What Hashim Thaha doesn't like about City Palace:
I do independent stay near this restaurant and usually I do order for door delivery every day. Regularly I order for dinner and sometimes lunch too. These people are not at all customer oriented. They are not even picking up my calls. After I tried almost 20 times they don't even care to call me back. One day the biriyani which I order was full of sand and they placed order after 2 hours of my request. Very pathetic... View all feedback.
