Hotel is really good. Clean rooms. Robust service. For north indian family, buffet is fine not very good. However, their fruit juices are really awesome like super awesome. One glass costs 150 rupees in room but its worth. They also serve fresh fruit juice in buffet. Must try. Room ambience and cleaniness is good. Location wise located in anachal, not in munnar. "Too rushy since it was the peak of the season. But the staff is exceptional. Do they give some training to the staff? All of them starting from the watchmen to the manager was so helpful. Single suggestion: A single biriyani has too much quantity. We all ordered one each and none of us could finish."
