Rooms are okay. Limited hot water in the morning and they only have a top shower and no handheld shower. The toilet seats are scratched because of over use and the taps were not fixed properly. The lifts are too slow. Price wise food quantity is not great. They should increase the items in the breakfast menu. Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 5
Best place to stay in Munnar. Everything was exceptional. Front Desk staff named Ajay , gave us personal tour of hotel and facilities before booking it on site. We had wonderful stay at this hotel. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Great value
The Munnar Queen is best place to stay such a good vibes...soo satisfied with Rooms, Staffs , Ambience view from rooms are soo rejuvenating...I will definitely visit again and recommend to all my friends and relatives...
