What Javonte Boyer doesn't like about Cafe L'europe:
One of the WORST meals in years. Artichokes were water-logged, which made the dipping sauce even more runny and bland than it already was. Both endive salads were literally inedible and had to be sent back to the kitchen. While the waitress was appropriately apologetic and thanked for the feedback, the manager seemed disinterested.
