We went on a Thursday at 8pm, and it was bumping—pretty much full blown club. People crowding all around and barely room for tables. We wanted the party that Cucina would provide, but was expecting more of a build up as it got later. I thought 8pm was a little early for the energy that was there. Beautiful food, fantastic service and nightlife closes after the kitchen is the best. It is the only place on the island late open, but you do not need to go any other place. This place has everything. The only problem is how cramped the dance floor can get when you try to get on the back. I really can't stress what a great place is. We actually arrived late at the first night after the kitchen was closed, so we stayed only for drinks. But immediately talk with security and bartenders. Super nice and accommodating people. Marvin is the man! He definitely made us welcome and we visited frequently for drinks and returned for dinner because of the excellent service we received. Very recommended and will definitely be back in the future.
The culinary experience in Cucina is a fun and unique experience. The food is exceptional (I would recommend the chicken and mushroom duck) and the drinks (Chris’ Negroni) are very delicious. The atmosphere is what makes this restaurant pleasant and lively; when the dining tables are taken leaving room for people to dance, the night begins!
Visited Cucina in Palm Beach for an event dinner, and I was absolutely blown away! Great food, great vibes (classy, clean, and modern), and extremely good service (shoutout to our server Barry). We ordered the salmon and filet mignon, which were cooked and seasoned to perfection. Definitely try the tiramisu as well if you get the chance! The restaurant turns into a dance party at night, so if you get the chance to stay, definitely do!
