Our week-long stay at the Four Seasons was incredible. From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed, the staff made every step easy with excellent service. The service at the Four Seasons far exceeds that of other hotels. The variety of pools and services always met our needs. The concierge was very helpful and using the hotel car was always a wonderful adventure. The nearby restaurants are excellent - be sur... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Seaway:
The experience at this restaurant was incredibly disappointing and the worst I have ever had. I was accused multiple times for a one night stay and the mistake was not corrected for almost a week. There were long black hairs found in my room, including on the bed and towels. The floors were kept at a very cold temperature and the breakfast was terrible. The weather also made it impossible to enjoy the beach. I would... View all feedback.
I have read an evaluation to ta that this was another type of four seasons. tru dat! we love fs because we always know what we will get. excellent, great service, excellent eating and a cool aesthetic. that's not that. the place needs a color order. inside, outside. everywhere. it seems like a really nice marriott. Eating was okay, not bad, but no where they're going to settle it. michelin 3 stars cook? How about a two star cooper? our room was 350 m2 and 1400 per night. happy to pay the high if it is worth it. that was not. palm beach and south florida is super competitive. fs palm has to play on. eu palm is located on the beach and is a better hotel. I'm sorry, fs, get dressed with the other brothers and sisters and let's know. Maybe we'll come back.
I spent a night here and was upgraded to a cabana room with ocean view. Good to know because there are cabana rooms that have no view at all and I paid a lot of money for the room and would have been severely disappointed without the upgrade. The rooms are a bit small here but they are nice. The facilities are good; gym is great and the pools are good. Spa works well; one thing I like about Four Seasons as opposed to other chains is that hotel guests can use spa facilities even on days they are not having treatments. Dinner in the Italian restaurant was very good; i liked some items better than others and there is no accounting for taste; breakfast is excellent; lunch at the pool was also very good but rather pricey. I think the hotel, like others, are fetching rather high prices during the pandemic with choices lacking. This property is convenient; easy to get in and out of and not a high rise building. A taxi to the airport takes between 15-30 minutes depending on traffic. The oceanfront is also easy and you can borrow a bicycle and ride nearby to see the ocean at night by the Casino building a few minutes away. My only complaint was that at dinner and breakfast I had to wait too long to get anyone's attention so that i could pay my bill and exit. This is a steady-eddie hotel where everything works and you can count on things going right. Which of course is what you're paying for.
We had a wonderful lunch on a beautiful day with a view of the beach. The only downside was the high price and average quality of the coffee, which cost $9 for a cappuccino. Despite this, I will definitely return but will choose to skip the coffee next time.
The restaurant is large but unfortunately, the manager's behavior was foolish. When we found hair in our salad, I discreetly informed the waiter. However, Ms. Samantha loudly announced that she was comping the dish from Bill. We came to enjoy a family meal not to get a free meal.
I had a reservation at this restaurant. My guests were running late, but the staff were very accommodating and held my table for me. I requested a slower service so that my guests would have time to arrive. Rodolfo did an excellent job of checking in with me, and Viktoria kept me company so that time would pass more quickly. Thank you to all the staff, I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.
