Bolay - Palm Beach County

What Yippo Raymond likes about Bolay:
This is a perfect place to get a great lunch or dinner. I would even eat this for breakfast. They have a nice selection of protein, veggies, and bases to chose from. I would definitely go her to eat again. This place is a must. I got a small Thai Shrimp Noodles bol. What Yippo Raymond doesn't like about Bolay:
Used to be so healthy when it opened up. They had great selections of healthy veggies such as sweet potatoes, cauliflower. They replaced those with carbs- potatoes, rice, beans. It became like any other food chain serving Mexican -Spanish population. Also black rice was very hard, I think it crusted on the top. And the girl serving wasn't friendly. Disappointing!
