I have always shopped Publix with my husband. And somehow we always checked out with Mary. She is a wonderful caring person. I just lost my husband after 43 years. When I saw Mary today she asked about him and I told her. She came around to give me a hug which I needed. She always treated us like family. Tried calling the pharmacy all day and they would ignore the call or put me on hold. Went in person and it was not busy at all not sure why it’s so hard to pick up the phone ? Must be the new staff because i’ve never had this problem in the past. read more.
