What Brad Wahl doesn't like about Tijuana Flats:
This might be the worst dining experience ever. Have waited 25 minutes so far after ordering and nothing. Location has 5 other customers— all waiting as well. Management is sitting at a table in dining room on laptop and not even reacting to frustration of patrons waiting.
