What Steffan Rallo doesn't like about Bolay:
This place has gone downhill! There were flys all over the food as i was ordering and the tables were nasty and dirty. The manager and workers all sat behind the counter laughing and talking while i was struggling to find a clean table that didnt have food and trash all over it. quantity of food is reduced horribly, they are wasting paper, the portion are half for same price.
