I went on February 15, 2022 at about 9:00. Ordered an egg and cheese bagel. The people were very nice, the place was well stocked, I enjoyed my experience. Then I got home and this is what my food looked like. Because the people were so pleasant, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this bagel was straight up burnt.
