Jt's Seafood Shack - Palm Coast

Good was good, but nothing special... then again we weren't expecting fine dining. They were busy on the Friday we went and we waited about 15 minutes for a table for 4. We sat outside under cover and enjoyed the music from a band that was playing. Overall an enjoyable night. Parking: The parking lot on the side of the restaurant isn't paved. We were able to find a parking spot, but only a few open spots at 5:30. I think they may have some parking in front Wheelchair accessibility: Building is all one level. But inside of restaurant is tight, but would be manageable.

Sat down and ordered waitress was friendly. Saw three other couples seated, while waiting for food time went by about a half hour later, the three tables seated after us, and after we ordered, received your food, I tried to call the waitress. She ignored me, went to get our food and it came back with the appetizer with the main food. Everything was cold. Apparently the waitress forgot about it so I made her take it back. She did recover with the food and did give us 50% off. We spent over an hour and a half at this place because they had to re-cook our meal because it was cold finally got the food when two of the couples that were seated after us we’re leaving. If we did not receive 50% off our bill for the quality, It is way over priced. The meals we’re supposed to include hush puppies, neither one the original or the second order came with any

Comfortable outdoor seating enjoying amazing food. The blackened Mahi wrap was filling and the pasta salad was delicious. The Mac n Cheese with blackened chicken was abundant and incredibly delicious even rewarmed leftovers!

I really wish I could give this place 5 stars. It has a great atmosphere. Our server was great, BUT WE WAITED WAYYYYY TOO LONG BEFORE SOMEONE EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED OUR PRESENCE...about 20 minutes to be exact. I came hungry because we heard great things about the restaurant. We even asked someone on the way in. The response was positive. We had shrimp and catfish. The catfish was slightly mushy and the shrimp was fried too hard. I was half way through it due to hunger when I fully realized the texture of the catfish. I was in too deep to complain. I'm not one to eat half of the meal and then complain and want a refund. That's for cheaters!
