"Did not like my experience at this Boba Location. It was my second time coming here, and I had a bad customer experience. The girl said she was “new” and I was new at buying boba there and she did not help at all, because she did not know the menu either or even helped me out on helping me have an idea on what’s on the menu.Not coming here again and I don’t recommend anyone coming here either. If I come please have well trained employees and patience with new customers that don’t know much about boba. Thank you."

"The location is good and so the ambience. Seating is pretty good and ample. Good selection as well for vegan and vegetarian. That’s said, the taste is really not there. Vegan does not mean bland or simple. Ginger, onion, black salt, and lots more species can make it very good to eat. The food we ordered was bland, on the colder side and with no taste. The person at the counter missed one shake order despite repeating. Plus the order is was very slow. Vegan Shakes were the best among all. Will I come back again, not probably."

"We always come back here because of the koobideh kabab and how the the staff are very helpful and friendly. We appreciate JJ who is very accommodating and even mentioned something helpful regarding earning points which is just giving my number instead of scanning the receipt and they can automatically see if you already have a rewards to use."

"Very small Subs very expensive prices. I think if real fireman actually ran this place from their corporate headquarters each one of their places would have big meaty delicious Subs nice delicious bread . Big Fat Subs like they do in New York Philly or Chicago. I think the fireman sold out here they certainly would not eat these little tiny things and be full and satisfied. Not enough for one adult to eat much too small. And they are very expensive. The staff is very nice, the store is very clean however get the subs the way they should be big giant fat delicious and really crispy outstanding red light New York."

"This joint has some pretty good Italian food and an extensive menu. Good combination of traditional Italian and seafood. Good wine list, good tap beers. Fresh quality. The prices are a too high for what you get this is not fine dining but good solid Italian. Perhaps they need to price high being located on El Paseo and if folks will pay., more power to them. Service is not great: slow, never saw a busboy once and they leave your plates and empty glasses on the table well into desert many local diners have better service. Staff is very friendly though just not very motivated to bus tables or refill water or tea. Worth a visit, but for what they charge, they could raise their game a bit more."
