"Did not like my experience at this Boba Location. It was my second time coming here, and I had a bad customer experience. The girl said she was “new” and I was new at buying boba there and she did not help at all, because she did not know the menu either or even helped me out on helping me have an idea on what’s on the menu. Not coming here again and I don’t recommend anyone coming here either. If I come please have well trained employees and patience with new customers that don’t know much about boba. Thank you."

"We always come back here because of the koobideh kabab and how the the staff are very helpful and friendly. We appreciate JJ who is very accommodating and even mentioned something helpful regarding earning points which is just giving my number instead of scanning the receipt and they can automatically see if you already have a rewards to use."

"Very small Subs very expensive prices. I think if real fireman actually ran this place from their corporate headquarters each one of their places would have big meaty delicious Subs nice delicious bread . Big Fat Subs like they do in New York Philly or Chicago. I think the fireman sold out here they certainly would not eat these little tiny things and be full and satisfied. Not enough for one adult to eat much too small. And they are very expensive. The staff is very nice, the store is very clean however get the subs the way they should be big giant fat delicious and really crispy outstanding red light New York."

"Sushi rolls were all very good. Didn't care for the jalapeño popper but sounds like this is very popular so perhaps just us. Went on busy Sat and the server could not keep up so we left before we could try entre's I would say go early or be comfortable waiting with an empty drink for long periods. Kind of typical post covid service but food seems like it would have been very good."

"Enchanting outdoor environment. Live music...but not obtrusive. Amazing menu! I had a lobster salad and scallops and risotto. The scallops are actually flown in from nantucket! Yes it is but not that much more than other substantially inferior places. Our waiter John was delightful."

"Something has changed at the French Rotisserie Cafe. I was introduced to it by a friend a few years ago and had always loved it. My favorite dish there for lunch was the Vol au Vent; delicious sauce, succulent chicken, and a crisp pastry shell. However, I went there twice in two weeks recently, excited about introducing two out-of-town guests with it. It's completely changed. The first surprise was walking in and finding the dining room nearly empty. Each of the two times there was only one other table of diners. The second was finding such a limited menu. Perhaps it was that way before but it seemed as if there had been more choices. In fact, when looking at the Gallery at the restaurant's website, hardly any of the dishes seem to be on the menu, and certainly not looking as they do currently like anything in the photos. In fact, the menus shown on the site are not what you find in-person. When going the first time on Oct 28th, I had a delicious salad to start. My friend and I both had the Vol au Vent. She's from Switzerland, where Vol au Vent is ubiquitous. I had raved about FRC's version. But what we got was a plate with way too much sauce, and it was loaded with herbs of some kind and, strangely, lots of green mushy green beans. Neither of us finished ours. We shared a delightful creme brulee and passable coffee. The second time yesterday, I knew better than to order the Vol au Vent and, instead, ordered the half-rotisserie chicken, which came with a small salad and frites. The chicken was coated heavily with herbs (perhaps sage and/or oregano), something very bitter. I had a couple of bites of it, all my salad, and frites. I took the rest home where I was hoping that by taking off the skin the bitter taste of the herbs would go away. It didn't. My friend had a Caesar Salad with Chicken, which she said was okay, but loaded with dressing. We shared a creme brulee and even weaker coffee than the day before. I will not be going back. FRC is off my list, sadly."
