Meat wise it is the closest to replicating Philadelphia I have ever had and I’m a cheesesteak guru. However, the roll had too much taste/too doughy and this takes away from the authenticity. All in all it was very good and if they added Amoroso rolls it’d feel like you are in in Philly. View all feedback.
