Second time trying, first time at the brick and mortar. Upon arrival around 330 there was no one in the front for at least a minute or two. Another patron arrived again seeing no one in sight. My BBQ smash burger was so overcooked thr charred meat was crumbling. Same with the bacon. It affected the flavor and I am familiar with how smash burgers should taste.
