We were in Palm Springs on the way to Indisn Welks tennis tournament. My husband and I were invited by the owner to try their food. For dinner we ordered Schnitzels , one chicken and one pork. We stopped here on Thursday night. My brother had a shrimp cocktail with warm shrimp, I had the beet salad with argula and feta. The ingredients were all fresh and seemed ok. But for the dressing it seemed they just drizzled quite a bit of olive oil. So I asked for a little vinegar, one waitress said no problem she 'd bring some red wine vinegar.
