Joanna at the front desk made check out easy. We were able to store our bags before our flight. I was able to exchange US dollars for euros downstairs and we arrived at 2/3am due to flight delays and someone was still at the desk to check us in ! Had an amazing stay and the room was way bigger then expected. Balcony was awesome. View all feedback.
