What John Bruno likes about Arby's:
Very welcoming and friendly staff. Very clean inside! Food and drinks are excellent! I loved the deep fried turkey sandwich. The turkey was amazing! I hope they continue to offer it beyond the holidays. Their shakes and cookies are wonderful. I wouldn't get the loaded fries again. Too heavy... I'd rather just have ketchup and ranch dressing on the side. View all feedback.

What Michael Handley doesn't like about Arby's:
Food was Great ,service was okay, atmosphere was terrific but then again, sat in my vehicle to eat , nice and quiet .. If you want Roast Beef you've got good quality roast beef . View all feedback.

"Customer service is trash. Let's start off with how you're not even greeted. We got there about 7:15. Food was out at 7:40. They packaged it to go. My husband asked for some plates and they said we couldn't dine in because they close at 8. We've never been there before and we arrived at 7:15 and that was never stated to us when we were ordering. If she would have told us they closed at 8 and by the time the food was out we'd be cutting it close to their closing time we wouldn't have even ordered food there. However it was still 20 min till closing so we proceeded to eat there because we had 2 toddlers who were very hungry. The whole time the person at the cashier is just staring at us. There was a point where we even thought she was recoding us. Also if you've never been there before you get no help what so ever when you're ordering. The cashier just gives the death stare the whole time. Their menus suck. There isn't even pictures of the food. There's also finding Nemo music blasting loudly which is why the employees are probably sooo moody. Food was good though but not good enough to deal with bad customer service."

"Went to Shogun sushi in Palmdale for dinner. It's a pretty nice place. Quality is excellent. Service is excellent. Fairly traditional compared to the usual local sushi places. Definitely on the list of top places to go as far as I'm concerned. The pictured combo was $20, and also included soup and salad."
