I happened to be in Palmdale for work and stopped by Baracoa for lunchThe restaurant is rather small but there was plenty of seating available.

"Good Warning: the food portions here are huge! if you are hungry and looking to eat some bomb Hawaiian food, come here! all the staff here is so friendly and the food here tastes delicious. the mini sized was like a full on meal for a tiny asian girl like me. The chicken katsu is on point very crispy and tender meat. Also, love how there are photos of Hawaii around the restaurants and brighten up the space"
