if there was a negative star, I would click that this reasturant is terrible that they never have what they have provided, they always only run out the place is dirty only one look among the counters in the kitchen and the floor in the kitchen is a skating ring people are around the counter sliding some really needs to find a look over, I won't need to go back there some helpers! "After I went to the facility for about two years, my opinion and experience with the owner was always that he has a lack or sense of what it is to provide a good customer service. He has no communication and a common courtesy. I'm never sorry about inconvenience or problems. Today I order to get over the phone because I wanted to eat on my thirty minutes break. After my arrival I received my order and knew something came from the entrance. After I opened the bowl, I saw that the contents were present on my side and things I demanded during my order were missing. I asked for a refund and had to explain why, the owner, three times. He did not apologize, asked how he could correct or compensate me for the inconvenience. Bad customer service, as it is hospitality."

"We went to Cindy 's for an ice cream, and we typically enjoy it there . I had written a positive review in the past. However, on this visit, I ordered a large flurry $5.95, including 3 topping. I ordered their fluffanutter ice cream with 3 toppings cookie dough, KitKat. And cheese cake) the young lady rang me up and said, That 'll be $10.63. I handed her $15, and replied, But the sign says $5.95 for a large flurry with 3 toppings that 's what I ordered. She called over who I think was the owner? And they git to work on the register, so after fixing the error, it only cost me $10.63 for a $5.95 flurry. There is no truth in their pricing. If you decide to go, go with deep pockets because the cost isn 't what it seems."

"Great quality, portion, price for the money, they have $6.00, $8.00 and $10.00 meal. good homemade Spanish cuisine, great value for unbeatable prices. the coast less here then one of mcdonald’s worth meals. it is only for the exit, no dine inn, and eating is great, but the neighboring is not so big. so they keep a good eye out while they come here and out of their car) but this place is a certain must try well for partys catering also."

"Extremely poor service and that in itself was really off-putting. Our waitress was absent for the entire meal and a runner literally dropped our plates off and split faster than we could say We didn 't order this... The appetizer was completely overcooked and dried out quickly. We were hungry when we got there and the 45 minute wait made us even more anxious but when no one came back to check on the quality and accuracy of our orders, it felt like we were being told take it or leave it . Spent a lot of money for an experience and our experience was poor, a real rip off."
