We have looked at going here for a meal for ages and never gotten round to it. Boy have we been missing out. Parking was our biggest problem as George Street is a popular dining destination. As soon as you walk down the street and see the entrance festooned with fairy lights you know you are going to be in for a good time. We were warmly greeted and shown to our table. "Hospitality plus. Excellent service. Many thanks for the great, generous meal, lovely country pub atmosphere. We particularly liked that the menu had half sized meals (called lunch size) available. Not everyone wants a HUGE meal. Very good value. We would certainly return here next time we are down that way!"
