"Fantastic way to bring in the new year!!! What a wonderful evening of amazing food! A special night of 5 courses which were SO delicious. Scallops, lobster tail, filet, and more with sauces that made our mouths water. Presentation was beautiful and the service was on point. Decorations filled the restaurant and party favors for everyone. Owner Tricia greeted everyone and spoke about the dishes being served. What a wonderful night to celebrate the new year. Thank you Tricia and Ama La Vita!!"

"We started with very delicious fresh spring rolls. Shari had the tofu vegetable soup, which was loaded a very generous portion with tofu and vegetables. The broth was a bit bland and the garlic pieces tasted raw. I had a spicy tuna roll. Perfect balance, this will be my order."

"So I would always doordash food and the food is always perfect and delicious and great portions. It was my first and last time dinning in at the palmetto location. I was with a friend and we noticed roaches crawling on the walls. I hope they keep the new location clean. Honestly I haven’t been back since. Great rum punch and excellent service. "My favorite restaurant in Palmetto! Valentino did such a wonderful job renovating the space, it’s absolutely beautiful, warm, inviting and modern. The staff is kind and everyone worked so hard to accommodate a bustling and hungry crowd! So let’s get to the food- steamed clams were such a welcome classic, I followed them with the seaweed salad and sashimi. What a neat combination of classic seafood shack meets upscale Japanese. My husband had the red fish- it was beautifully and artistically plated. Great hearty portion size and so very delicious, seasoned with garlic and white wine, perfect light fare for a warm Florida evening. There were so many wonderful things on the menu I’m dying to try, we’ll be back and back and back I’m sure."
