What Բագինէ Մելիքյան doesn't like about Barbacoa Santiago:
on our way to san juan del rio, my wife asked me to stop by this place. I am not a fan of lamb bbq, but she loves it. So, I said to myself, hope to find something else to eat. I ordered spaghetti, hoping for the best. It was a disaster. I remember the only good thing was bread and a glass of juice. The rest to forget. Too crowdy and a lot of noise. Dont be confuse, in Mexico Barbacoa its not BBQ, Barbacoa its a coocking technique like a ground level oven, that covers the food with maguey leaves (brother of the agave i guess) but you end up with a tender meat. This place its huge! And its really good, the service its food too. Intotally recomend it View all feedback.
