The customer service at this restaurant is amazing. They stir the iced coffee after brewing it so it doesn't have a burnt taste, and they also stir your coffee before handing it to you. They have a well-stocked coffee wall with various options for take-home purchases, as well as decent coffee cups for sale. What Miranda Torres doesn't like about Dunkin':
I ordered a sandwich at this restaurant on a Wednesday morning at 10:20am, but it was served completely cold. The employee working at the time seemed distracted, even eating while preparing orders. I saw her heat my sandwich on the wrong setting, but she did not correct it. I didn't have time to ask for it to be fixed as I was on break. This review is for the Dunkin' located inside Walmart in Palmyra. I point this out because many people seem to confuse this review section with the drive-thru location between Irving's and Burger King. Just to clarify, I work at this Dunkin', so I may be biased in my opinion. That's all!
The customer service at this restaurant is amazing. They stir the iced coffee after brewing it so it doesn't have a burnt taste, and they also stir your coffee before handing it to you. They have a well-stocked coffee wall with various options for take-home purchases, as well as decent coffee cups for sale. The place is always clean and it seems like this Dunkin' Donuts at Palmyra Walmart really cares about the quality of their products and service. If something goes wrong, they will quickly correct the issue or remake your order. Overall, it's a great place with exceptional service. I highly recommend checking them out.
It was disappointing to see this lack of integrity and laziness in service, especially since I have always had good experiences at this restaurant before. I assume this employee must be new, as I have never seen her before today.
Today at this restaurant, I, a disabled veteran of Hispanic/Native American descent, was discriminated against while simply trying to order coffee for myself, my child, and my sister. The male employee working in the morning told me bluntly that they were closed, even though there were white customers ahead of me in line. Feeling humiliated and unwelcome, I left and informed my white sister of the situation. She then went in and was told that there would only be a short wait. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any workplace, and if it is not addressed, it will continue with the same employee or others. It is disappointing that neither the other customers nor the female employees intervened to rectify the situation.
I ordered a sandwich for breakfast on a Wednesday morning at 10:20am. Unfortunately, it was completely cold because the staff member working at that time decided to heat an egg using the croissant setting. She was also seen snacking on munchkins before taking my order. I witnessed her heating the sandwich on the wrong setting and hoped she would correct it, but she did not. I was on a break and did not have much time to ask for it to be fixed. I believe that the restaurant should prioritize integrity and do the right thing instead of being lazy. I have usually received good service here, so I assume this employee must be new as I have never seen her before today.
