When you pay 35$ for a plate of pasta and 21$ for a calamari appetizer, you expect the appetizer to come out at-least at the same time as your main meal, not ten minutes after. You also expect the chef to take great care and making sure there is no teeth breaking pieces of shell in your pasta.
