What Joe L likes about City Hall Cafe:
Got the $4.50 breakfast burrito, which was probably the best value one can get for a very filling breakfast in Palo Alto. It was quick and delicious. Will be making this a regular from now on. Definitely looking to eat there for the Bibimbap lunches! View all feedback.
