"As it was ostern, there were not many places at 8:30 a.m. in the evening. it was about 10 years ago, since I went to a kfc, but I liked it. I have the 2-piece dark meat with a side and a cookie. the chicken was overboiled and dried. it appeared as if after the meat was cooked too long, then it sat under a heat lamp quite long. the meat was dry and about half the size it is normally after it is cooked. after 2 bits of my lighter, I was done. I took it back immediately after the two bites and the manager told me that she would give me only half of what I paid for the meal, as I had already eaten half of it. I have two bites! I don't want to say I won't be back ever."

"This used to be a fantastic restaurant in Pampa. Food was usually always good. Ishmael is the manager and we go into The Plaza about 3 times a week, sometimes more, sometimes less, to eat or get take out. Tonight they were slow and we ordered the hot sauce without cilantro because the cancer meds I take the cilantro makes me very sick. Our waitress a very sweet young lady came back to our table and said they didn 't have any. It 's 6:00 p.m., so we asked if they could make some. Ishmael said it 's a pain in the ass and we 're not going to make it. Then he promptly turned and walked away and would not come to our table to talk to us about it. They always have hot sauce without cilantro. Needless to say we won 't be going back and I have filed a complaint with Jose the owner of this Plaza as well he owns the one in Borger and in Amarillo. I will also file a complaint with the Better a Business Bureau if there is not s resolution with Jose. We went to The Plaza on October 6, 2015 and our service was great (as always) and our food was delish and we even had hot sauce without cilantro. Nelson is the manager and he stopped by the table and spoke to us about the situation the last time we were in there (the above post) and he apologized profusely (although I didn 't feel it was his place to apologize) and because they care about their customers and look at everyone as a part of their family he made everything right with us and we are happy plaza patron 's again. Nelson is a great guy that cares very deeply about the restaurant and employees as well as the customers. Thank you Nelson for making things right and we will continue to be frequent customers."

"Very good food for what it is. I ordered the chili cheese dog with mustard and the bacon ranch fries and the husband ordered a chili cheese burger and the bacon cheese fries. They use Nathan's hotdogs, so I automatically loved mine. The chili was very good too, which I'm usually skeptical on in a restaurant. My fries were crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, SO good! I space and thought mine came with cheese too (they didn't) so I asked the lady at the counter if they sold sides of the cheese sauce. .25¢ for a decently big size of cheese sauce, I wasn't mad at all. The cheese, however, is.....odd.... Idk what it really tasted like, but it most definitely was not cheese. Either way, I dipped my fries into the cheese biproduct happily lol. All of this was $18.40 which is decently priced imo. The husband also loved his food as well, we will definitely be back."
