"It is a nice cozy restaurant. they have smoothies and sweet juices (kellerei, gurke etc. many dishes can vegan like pastas, suppen and some of them are vegan already some suppening, veggie burger and some Asian curries. prices are really good compared to other places (course was 40, burger 45, smoothie 12) we had veggie burger with salat and curry with tempeh. eating was more than ok, the staff was really friendly."

"Alma de colores is more that a restaurant, it is a place where you can share knowledge about the old Maya wisdom about the preparation of food and about the connection between health and food. "Don’t try this place for food or drinks. The alcoholic drinks are watered down. The staff bring the drinks by placing their hands along the rim. It’s unsanitary. One of our group got food poisoning from eating here. I’d avoid this place entirely. The view is nice but there are so many other bars on the street with a similar view."

"In San Pedro de la lago we spent several days enjoying the lake and one of the restaurants that we most often visited was the Jakuu Restaurant, a small quiet and relaxed restaurant located in the lower part of the village, playing the Lematitlán School and just a 10-minute walk from the pier area. Unlike other bars and restaurants in San Pedro where you can see the interior of the place while walking down the street, it is covered by large wooden boards, something that can pull more than one back before you enter the place, but once you cheer up and pass the front door you discover a nice place with several wooden tables, chairs and some sofa. The place usually has plenty of people, especially during dinner and its menu has a bit of everything, typical Guatemalan food and more international dishes such as the burger. We taste different things, nachos with guacamole, chicken with rice and also the burger, very rich and served with fries. The food seemed generally very good and the rations were also very good although one of the times it took about 45 minutes to serve us. Okay, well, it was full but 45 minutes, as it was logical when the dishes were served, we devoured them. The place has free wifi (although you don't expect a lot of download speed, bathrooms and the kids who worked there seemed super friendly and friendly;"
