"Lets start by saying the Sweet Iced Tea, fresh fruit and buttermilk biscuits were fantastic and made the whole meal. Unfortunately the meals themselves were just okay. The Country-Fried Steak Platter tasted heavily of flour, but it was edible, and the mash potatoes were a bit pasty like instant potatoes. The Fork-Tender Pot Roast needed seasoning and was just gravy with very small chunks of meat, would of liked an actual piece of meat. The kids enjoyed their meals (they are not hard to please) but did complain about how small the servings were. We did order dessert but have not eaten it yet therefore I will not rate them but It looks good so fingers crossed."

"My wife and I along with her sister and her husband stopped in Jamestown on our way to Niagra Falls Thursday October 5. Wanted a quick lunch and ended up being there for almost two hours. Fabulous food, ice cold beer and grandma's coconut cake was the best. We are from Fargo, ND and turns out one of the quarterbacks at NDSU is from Jamestown. Go Bison.The owner talked with us for the longest time. We left feeling like part of the family. Thanks for the memories."
