What User doesn't like about Caliope:
the entire atmosphere was very boring and quiet. If they are looking for quiet, they will love it. eating was not great and they didn't have many of the elements on the menu. the drinks were just ok, but nothing as they describe. I expected a big steakhouse and mixologist from the other reviews, but that was just not the case View all feedback.

The food service in the restaurant was excellent. personal very friendly, environment is cool, artsy and trendy. they have a hotel and a roof terrace bar on the same grounds. the dachbar is one of the best in all panama city!
I wasn't here as a hotel guest. I came randomly for a few beers. friendly and helpful staff, beautiful lighting and high ceilings, clean, fresh smell, trippy wall paintings, cheap bottle beer. I'm ready to come back!
Good food. breakfast menu bad. had to order the menu to get the breakfast. the people went to the breakfast. no parking $5.00 for valet I do not recommend it.
This place is amazing. If you like rocking it out through the night until early in the morning this is for you place. The downstairs restaurant will re-nourish you in the morning after a historic night on the rooftop.
