if I could choose the world's slowest dunkin, this would take the cake. several times they have people waiting at the loudspeaker for 10 minutes without saying a single word. customer service or hearing skills are not their strong suit. Moreover, they can't do their things right because they don't listen to a thing they say. make them fall and close this place down or find a personal that actually knows what they do.
