Food incredibly delicious, service amazing. Alot of customers decided to come all at once, but the charcoal team smashed it. They even managed another 5 orders from us on top. My fave was the rice, hummus, chicken and salad Iskandar I think its called. We're from Auckland so now Charcoal Pit will always be a stop in for us. Thanks guyz : View all feedback.

Terrible service! I placed order at 6.21pm, was not told anything about a potentially long wait. The venue is small and doors were open to the extreme cold so no warm place to wait. While waiting 2 groups of people came in and waited at the till and were not served and both left without ordering. I waited 40 minutes to have my order given to another customer.
