What Andrea M likes about Zubia's Mexican Food:
We stopped in here on our way to Bryce Canyon from Salt Lake City. To be honest, we weren't expecting much from this small town, but we were hungry.... and Zubia's was awesome! It appears to be a newer family-owned place, and the menu is limited (mostly burritos). But the portions are huge, and the food is inexpensive and delicious!
