Beautiful restaurant. High end style of dining but very affordable. The menu selection is great with a menu that's ever changing. The ingredients are very fresh and also some of those ingredients come from the chef's farm. The staff is helpful and friendly. Seating is very well placed. Ambiance is antique style of furnishings with chandelier and wooden furniture. Great view of the Paoay Church and good amount of park... View all feedback.

What Rene So doesn't like about Rufino's Cuisine:
The restaurant have a nice native ilokano ambiance. The lighting's in the evening could have been improved.
